Rules and guidelines for using the Zexz platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Zexz, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Service Description
Zexz is a SaaS platform that allows agencies and developers to generate, manage, and host mobile applications. We provide the infrastructure, 1-click deployment tools, and client management dashboards.
3. User Accounts & Agency Responsibilities
- You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
- Agencies are fully responsible for the content, legality, and compliance of the apps they generate for their end-clients.
- You must not use the platform to generate apps containing illegal, explicit, or copyright-infringing material.
4. Intellectual Property & White-Labeling
Apps generated via Zexz under a white-label plan become the property of the agency/user upon active subscription. However, the underlying source code, architecture, and Zexz platform IP remain the exclusive property of Zexz.
5. App Store Publishing
While Zexz generates apps compliant with standard modern frameworks, the final approval of any app on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store is strictly at the discretion of Google and Apple. Zexz does not guarantee app store approval.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of your dashboard access and client apps.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Zexz, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Service.
